Are all your pools mineral water?

Yes! Our outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, and indoor hot tub have fresh mineral waters pumped from our wells constantly.

Is the water heated?

Spring water is naturally hot so normally we do not heat the waters except during the cold winter mornings.

Do you serve breakfast?

Unfortunately we do not serve breakfast, however, every room includes a full kitchen equipped with a coffee maker.

Is there a cleaning service?

Normally we do not clean the rooms . If you would like your room cleaned during your stay please inform the front desk or contact us be email: info@lidopalms.com or call: (760) 329 - 6033.

Is there a cancellation fee?

You are free to cancel anytime 48 hours before your booking day for no charge, however within 48 hours there is a fee equal to one nights stay. The fee window is extended to two weeks during major holidays.

Do the pools close?

Luckily you have full access to all the pools any time.

Do the pools have chemicals?

We are required by law to use certain chemicals but we try to keep these chemicals to a minimum to ensure our customers get the most natural and clean mineral water as possible.
